Once twilight arrives, the beach calms down and becomes a serene and soothing place. The action moves across the street to the clubs and restaurants. It goes late into the night and then it calms down. As the last light of day sets behind us, the beach is serene and peaceful. The encroaching night sky is hidden behind a smooth veil of clouds that gently glow with the true Art Deco colors of Miami. The alien looking lifeguard stations sit waiting for the excitement. It only lasts until the next morning sun warms the sand and the weary revelers stroll out to the beach to begin the next round.
